• All account details must reflect your true legal identity — misrepresentation is grounds for immediate account closure.
• One account per person, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• You must keep your registered email address and mobile number current and accessible.
• bt3333 may require re-verification at any point during the lifecycle of your account.
• Account registration is free. bt3333 does not charge any fee to create a player account.

• Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance and are kept separate from your real-money cash balance until wagering requirements are met.

As a registered player on bt3333, you agree to use the platform in a lawful, responsible, and honest manner at all times. You accept that bt3333 has the right to monitor account activity for compliance with these Terms and to take appropriate action — up to and including permanent account closure — where breaches are identified.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bt3333 platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any point during the KYC process.
• Creating more than one account on the platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional event.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winnings accumulated through a confirmed technical error are void and will be removed from the account balance.

• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including family members or associates.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful conduct toward bt3333 staff or other members of the player community via any communication channel.

bt3333 cooperates fully with relevant law enforcement authorities and financial intelligence bodies. Any account suspected of involvement in criminal activity will be frozen, reported to the appropriate authorities, and its balance held pending the outcome of any investigation.

bt3333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, or detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 6. In cases of suspected criminal activity or active fraud investigation, account suspension may be enacted without prior notice.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms — for example, as a result of a player's own request or following a self-exclusion application — any verified real-money cash balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and KYC requirements. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds will not be returned upon account closure, regardless of wagering progress.

While bt3333 makes every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted, error-free service, it cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from technical errors, interruptions, or delays. bt3333 shall not be held liable for any loss of gaming session, loss of opportunity to place a wager, or loss of winnings arising from platform downtime, connectivity issues, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bt3333's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any service provided shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bt3333 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if bt3333 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bt3333's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter in respect of which liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bt3333's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration. bt3333's internal complaints process can be initiated by contacting [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". bt3333 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to issue a final decision within 14 days of receipt.
